An apartment in a new residential complex became an ideal place to implement our smart home system. Our client is a young couple who values technological solutions and comfort.

Their desire was to get an integrated system that would meet modern trends and make everyday life easier.

Task

The client sought:

• automate lighting and climate control;
• increase the level of apartment security;
• create a convenient multimedia ecosystem that can be controlled via a smartphone;

Decision

Our team developed a detailed project plan, agreed on all technical details and performed full system integration.

• a lighting automation system was installed: scenarios for different parts of the apartment;
• climate control is configured with integration into the heating and air conditioning system;
• a modern security system has been implemented: video surveillance, motion sensors, protection against water leaks;
